Q. I want to know the size of the product.
A.The dimensions of each size are listed at the bottom of the product page.
It may be easier to get an idea if you measure the size of an item you already own and compare it to that.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled.
Q. I made a mistake with the product I purchased. Can I change it?

Q: Can I exchange sizes?
A. To exchange sizes, please submit a request on the returns page , stating that you wish to exchange sizes.
There is no return fee for size exchanges. You will only be responsible for the shipping cost of the product. For more information, please click the button below to see the details page on returns/refunds.
Q. I made a mistake with the shipping address. Can I correct it?
A. Shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed after an order has been completed.
Q. I made a purchase but haven't received an email. Did I make the purchase properly?
A. Please contact us and we will check. All purchase confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you have not received the email, it is most likely due to a mistake in your email address, or your email reception settings or spam filter settings. Please contact us using the inquiry form and state the name you entered when placing your order. If you tell us a different email address when contacting us, we can send the purchase confirmation email to that address again.
Q: When will my item be shipped?
A. If there are no issues with the shipping address, orders placed by 13:00 will usually be shipped on the same day. However, due to many cases of missing addresses or mismatches between postal codes and cities, the website states that orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
At honono, we accept pre-orders for some products. Please check to see if there are any pre-order items in your purchase. For pre-order items, the expected shipping date will be listed near the purchase button on the product page.
If you purchase an item that is in stock, it will be shipped after the pre-order item arrives.
If payment is required after completing your order, such as at a convenience store, your order will be shipped after payment is complete. Please be aware of the payment deadline.
If the above does not apply and your order has not been shipped, please contact us via the inquiry form . We will check the matter immediately.
Also, if we receive a large number of orders, it may take longer than usual to ship your order.
Q. The return deadline has passed, can I still return the item?
A. As a general rule, this is not possible if more than one week has passed since the product arrived.
Q. Are there plans to restock the out-of-stock items?
A. For items that are confirmed to be restocked, you can add them to your cart as a pre-order. For items that cannot be added to your cart and are marked as sold out, there are no plans to restock them.
We may restock items that have received a lot of requests, so we would appreciate it if you could contact us using the form below with the name of the product you are interested in.
